This weekend yoga retreat was absolutely great from beginning to end! It was the perfect opportunity to have a very personal, zen getaway and experience. It felt really good to just take in yoga for 3 days while absorbing the beautiful ocean and nature scenes that surrounded The Green Roof Inn. Reflect, reboot, relax....everything I needed and wanted. Great job Malaika. Looking forward to the next one.

This retreat was exactly what I needed. It took me away from the stresses of day to day life and allowed me to slow down and really breathe. Being able to attend during my birthday weekend and have my daughter there with me was truly a blessing. Looking forward to the next one.

Malaika is a ray of light! As a facilitator she was extremely welcoming, making time to engage and interact with everyone throughout the day on the retreat. As a yoga teacher, she was informative, nurturing and patient.

Malaika was amazing. I appreciated her calm persona. It set the tone well for the retreat. Her voice is very soothing and helped with guided mediation and relaxation.
