WHAT TO EXPECT

The yoga therapy process begins with an initial consultation, typically 90 mins, which may include an intake questionnaire and assessment of breathing, posture, range of motion etc. Your yoga therapist will take an integrative approach and utilizes a range of techniques based on your what your needs and preferences. Techniques may include: yoga postures, pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, Somatics, postural alignment, Ayurveda, lifestyle consultation and stress management techniques.
